This was taken on a very busy shopping street during the afternoon as shoppers rushed to and fro (next to a motorcycle propped up against a tree). It was cold so it looks like he couldn't perform. My daughter suggests that maybe he couldn't go because of the crazy-haired American lady taking his picture!! Poor little guy...
